Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) is a 50-storey commercial building that will form the centre piece of the wider Quay Quarter and will not feel like a high-rise, but it's own vertical village.

De Martin & Gasparini is proud to be part of the team that built this internationally acclaimed building at Circular Quay. Quay Quarter Tower (QQT), named World Building of the Year at the World Architecture Festival, is a new 50-story building that was completed in April 2022 and used innovative design and construction materials to minimise its carbon footprint.

Residences One Tower is panned to be the tallest residential Building in Sydney with a finishing height of 250m.

Royal Randwick structure was built using one of DMG's structure packages, with DMG managing all elements of the concrete build.  Royal Randwick is the premier horse racing facility in New South Wales.

DMGQ has commenced delivering concrete place services to the Royale Gold Coast, a 38-level tower, for Hutchinson Builders.

Sabre Stage 1 is now completed, with Stage 2 currently under construction.
