The Wynyard Place development located at 2-10 Carrington Street, included the construction of an office tower, restoration of two heritage building and complete upgrade of it's George Street entrance, public concourse and grand transit hall, providing state of the art workplaces, shopping precincts, bars, restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining and entertainment.

The tower at 10 Carrington Street forms the project's centrepiece with 59,000 square metres of premium office space spanning across 27 levels and together with the refurbishment of Shell House and 285 George Street both returned to their office use as office buildings. 

The design of the Wynyard Place development showcases a buildable, economic solution whilst maintaining the architectural intent of the design was a key aspect of the work.
